About Plummer Youth Promise

The Paddle for Plummer event was started by SUP East Coast Style owners, Leah and Christos Goodman, who wanted to give back to their community, and whom have raised thousands of dollars to benefit the Plummer Youth Promise.

The Plummer Youth Promise mission is to help young people who leave the foster care or juvenile justice system without safe, stable, permanent family connections and often times face grim outcomes, including high rates of homelessness, unemployment, early parenting and lack of education. Plummer Youth Promise aims to change that by engaging families for each young person they serve while building their skills and community connections, and by sharing their knowledge with others.
